A woman in Massachusetts left her 1 year old in a stroller outside a restaurant while she went in to order food. When she came out she found a ransom note....it was pinned to the kid's shirt and said, "If you want to see your stroller again, leave your food by the dumpster in back and return in 20 minutes."
